Who we are

What information we collect
We collect personal information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, enquiry and booking information when you engage our services, request information, or interact with our website. We also collect technical and campaign data including IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referrer, UTM parameters, Google and Meta click identifiers, and the intentional OpenAI oaiq attribution parameter.
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to enquiries, create and manage bookings, process transactions, provide support and project updates, secure and improve the website, measure advertising and campaign performance, attribute conversions, and build or measure remarketing audiences. You may also receive marketing material if you have opted in. We do not sell your personal information.
Analytics, advertising, and conversion measurement
We use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads (including conversion measurement and remarketing), Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and intentional OpenAI oaiq attribution. Measurement may occur in the browser and from our server. Depending on the interaction, we may send campaign or click identifiers, event details, and privacy-protected identifiers such as normalised and cryptographically hashed email addresses or phone numbers to the relevant platform for matching, attribution, reporting, fraud prevention, and advertising measurement.
Third-party providers
We disclose only the information reasonably needed for these purposes to service providers such as Vercel and other hosting providers, Google, Meta, OpenAI, Pipedrive, Resend, TransmitSMS, Google Calendar, payment processors, and professional advisers where required. Some providers process information outside Australia and apply their own privacy and retention terms.
Security
NOIZE uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, so please take appropriate precautions when submitting sensitive information online.
Cookies and local storage
We and our providers use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for essential site functions, analytics, campaign attribution, Google Ads remarketing and conversion measurement, and Meta advertising measurement. These technologies may recognise your browser across visits and, where a platform can match you, across services or devices. You can delete or block them in your browser and use Google Ads Settings, Google's Analytics opt-out tools, and Meta Ad Preferences to limit personalised advertising. Blocking these technologies may affect site functionality and does not necessarily stop all server-side measurement.
How long we retain your data
We retain enquiry, booking, client, campaign, and transaction records only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal and accounting obligations, dispute management, security, and legitimate business records. Analytics and advertising providers apply their configured or platform retention periods. You may request deletion, subject to records we must or reasonably need to retain.
Your rights
Your personal information, as defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), is used only to provide the services contemplated by your agreement. You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data.
