The process.
Select your package and pay online. You’ll be sent a private invite to our ReactApp where we’ll manage your project.
In the app, we’ll meet with you about your business, and your project, then we’ll get to work.
We’ll deliver the project within your approved timeline, make any revisions, then we can go live.
Changes & revisions.
All projects include a single round of major changes. Additional updates can be purchased. Any errors on our part will be corrected at no cost forever.
Timeline.
Project timelines will be determined at our initial meeting. A rush fee may apply for urgent projects.
Special conditions.
Quoted inclusions and durations are estimates; additional costs apply for studios, talent, and equipment unless stated. Clients can use final videos, but Noize retains raw footage rights. Availability affects bookings, with fees for quick rescheduling. We’re not liable for external delays. Deposits may be non-refundable if canceled. Clients handle permissions; shoots outside our area incur travel costs. Videos come in standard formats; special requests may cost more.
