Change Policy

We greatly appreciate your collaboration and trust in our services. For clarity and to ensure a seamless experience, here’s a breakdown of our change policy:

  1. Single Round of Changes: By default, every project we undertake includes one round of changes at no additional cost to you.
  2. Review Period: Once your project is delivered, you’ll have a 7-day window to review and send us your feedback. If we don’t receive any feedback within these 7 days, we’ll consider the project completed and it will be marked as closed.
  3. Accessing Your Work: Rest assured, you will be provided with a direct hyperlink within the ReactApp, by email or within your SPOT to view and access your work.
  4. Consolidated Feedback: To ensure efficiency, we kindly request that you provide all necessary changes in one single communication. This can be through a message, an email, or a phone conversation. Bundling your feedback helps us avoid any misinterpretation that might arise from fragmented communication.
  5. Connect with Your Account Manager: If you’re uncertain about the best way to relay your changes, please reach out to your dedicated account manager. They’re here to guide you.
  6. Additional Changes: Should you require more than the included round of changes, additional rounds can be facilitated. The cost for this will be the greater of 10% of the total project cost or $200.
