Billing Process

  • Time tracked in 15-minute increments

  • 1-hour minimum charge for initial work

Strategy: $200 - $400 per hour + GST (varies by strategist)

Technical Support: $200 per hour + GST

Production: $200 per hour + GST

General Enquiries and Billing Assistance: Always free

Changes Within Scope and Mistake Correction: Always free

Please Note: Support requests requiring billable time will be processed according to the rates above and require an active Support Service Agreement to be actioned. This ensures we can provide prompt service without administrative delays.
